With our membership, you’ll have unlimited access to each and every class we offer including: Spin, Lift (weights), Circuit, Rip-In, Boxing classes and Yoga. Plus you get access to all of our Outdoor sessions including Run Group, Field sessions and Sandhills.

Spin

30 minute and 45 minute classes on our timetable. Our spin classes are different. The instructors put massive amounts of time into their music selection and they will explain everything including pedal speed, resistance level and technique.

Circuit

A 45 minute circuit class where you complete different timed intervals on various stations. A combination of cardio and body weight exercises. All body weight exercises have 2 options which means we cater for beginners and also advanced. Amazing for Fitness, Fat Loss, Toning & Weight Loss.

Rip In

A 45 minute hybrid cardio workout including boxing and our 4 cardio stations (Treadmill, Bike, Rower & Ski Erg). You punch your own boxing bag so there is no more getting mis-matched with a boxing partner that is not suitable for you. No burpees, push ups, jump squats. It is boxing and our 4 cardio stations. A great alternative to Spin! Bring your own boxing gloves.
Box

Box

30 minutes of boxing. Different combinations. You have your own bag the entire class. No burpees, jump squats, push ups.

Lift

A 45 minute full body weight training session. A great way to get your weight training done in order to become lean, toned, and strong.

Yoga

1 hour. Yin is slower and more meditative. You will hold poses for 3-5 minutes. Yin helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.

Field Session

Field session (on grass) doing mixed running drills of 40m, 60m & 100m efforts combined with battle ropes and body weight exercises. Plenty of fun with loads of variety. We cater for beginners, intermediate and advanced. You can walk or jog.

Sandhills

Regardless of your fitness level, we all train together while you workout to a level that suits you.

Run Group

Enjoy a 40 minute run with your Tribers and a coffee afterward.
