Group Personal Training

A 55-minute full body weight training conditioning session with a maximum of four people per group, which ensures personalised attention.

$37.50 per session


reformer pilates

A low impact way to strengthen the body and improve posture & mobility.

$15 per week on top of your membership will get you two x 45-minute classes every week in our eight bed reformer studio.


one-on-one PT

one-on-one personal training

The best thing you can possibly do for results. With the individualised attention from your trainer, you’ll be well on your way to achieving your goals.
