Kirrawee Terms & Conditions
1. You have joined Tribe for a minimum of 12 months.
2. Fortnightly membership payments are non-refundable.
3. If paying by Visa & Mastercard there is a $1.95 admin fee on top of your fortnightly payments, plus 1.2% of your fortnightly amount. If paying by bank account there is only a $1.95 admin fee.
4. We do not have a creche. Children are unable to attend Tribe while you exercise.
5. You can put your membership on hold for a minimum of 2 weeks, maximum of 4 weeks over the calendar year January – December. You can manage this yourself via the Tribe App up until midnight on the eve of billing. Go to ‘’Member Account’’ button on the homepage of the Tribe App. If you have a medical condition whereby a pause longer than our maximum period is required, we need a DR’s certificate. In this instance you need to give 7 days’ notice prior to billing by emailing accounts@tribesocialfitness.com
6. At the end of your membership term of 12 months, your payments simply continue on a fortnightly basis. If you would like to cancel your membership, once you are outside your minimum term, you just need to email accounts@tribesocialfitness.com. We make it easy for you.

8. If you would like to cancel your Membership before the minimum term, you simply pay out 50% of the remaining value. Or you can transfer it to someone who is not a member of Tribe. That person does not have to pay a joining fee as they are taking over your membership.
9. Personal training sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you have a session scheduled with your trainer and are unable to attend, please give more than 24 hours’ notice, by moving or deleting your PT session via the Tribe app.
10. Group PT has a 24 hour cancellation policy.
11. Membership prices are subject to increase annually. Please note your membership rate will not increase within your 12 month contract term
